I’ll admit, when I first unboxed this filter, I expected something a bit larger, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! It fits perfectly in my 20L shrimp tank. If it had been any bigger, it would have dominated the space and likely been less effective for the flow I need.
The media chamber is a great feature—I actually added two of my Live Spheres into the chamber to supplement the tiny ceramic balls it comes with, which gave the biological filtration a nice boost. If you're running a small setup or a nano tank, don't let the size fool you; it’s the ideal fit for this scale. Highly recommend for anyone looking to maximize filtration in a smaller footprint!
