DOA applies up to 1hr of receiving the item.
Picture/videos needs to be provided in the bag itself and then in a container.

Replacement shipping cost are to be covered by the buyer.


2> DOA does not apply if you are not home to accept parcel and parcel has been left there for you.

3> DOA does not apply if item has been taken and left at postoffice for collection.

4> DOA does not appy to PO BOX address.

5> DOA does not apply to lost item or shipments delivered after 48 HOURS posted due to transit delay caused by Australian post. Buyer must contact australia post and raise an issue.

If conditions are met refund/replacement is provided. Shipping cost is never refundable. If buyer has got free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from refund/replacement. Replacement shipping cost are to be covered by the buyer.

We advice you to lodge an online enquiry if you haven't received your parcel within 48hrs for dispatch.

Missing items

If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery, and is not listed as out of stock on your picking slip, please email us picture of item received and picking slip at sales@abquatics.shop
